But a lot of people are missing the big picture. They hold everyone up while talking on their cell phones. The thing that gets me the most, is how against New Year’s Resolution-ers avid gym goers are. For people who eat, breath and sleep the gym fitness New Year’s Resolutions are dumb. I get it, I really do, they are can be a tad annoying. But the biggest hurdle that everyone who wants to better themselves in the new year have to face are the people who frequent the gym the other 11 months of the year. Everyone wants to start new, start fresh, make amends for their junk food eating antics of 2013. Physical activity and American culture have a difficult connection, to say the least.
